Our core strength is focusing on human factors issues in the future of wellbeing at work, including risk assessments, organisational design and 1:1 or group coaching, good work design and change management in technology implementation. The assessments, coaching and support are conducted using technology tools and on-line assessments and face to face if required.
We provide online assessment tools for psychosocial and human factors issues facing companies moving into a more digital and technology related working environment.
